Diversity & Inclusion Report
Client: Design Professionals Coalition, Diversity & Inclusion Working Group (DIWG)
Need: Summarize the research that the DIWG conducted to establish Diversity and Inclusion Employee Resource Groups for companies in the Architecture, Engineering and Construction (AEC) industries.
Results: I worked closely with the VHB CEO (DIWG member) to craft a robust and dynamic report. The visual concept drew inspiration from diversity and inclusion, utilizing striking photographs from the AEC industries. These images feature object groupings that highlight both similarity and diversity.
